Each curry kit has spices to make a curry for 4 - add meat or vegetables

Tikka Masala - Mild

Always a winner at the local take-away! This tangy, lightly spiced curry kit calls for addition of tomatoes and natural yogurt. It works well with either meat, fish or vegetables. For a dairy free alternative, substitute the yogurt for coconut cream.

Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over a low heat. Add the ground spices to the oil and stir until fragrant. Add 4 tbsp of natural yogurt to the spices and stir until absorbed. Add approx. 800g of chopped meat or vegetables to the pan and coat in the spices (if using fish, add at the end of cooking and poach in the liquid for a few minutes until cooked). Add a 400g tin of tomatoes. Add the dehydrated onions and garlic and stir. Simmer until your meat/veg/fish is cooked through, then serve!

Jalfrezi - Medium

A fairly thick curry that is cooked with the addition of sliced green peppers and tomatoes. Whilst most meat will work a treat with this sauce, it also makes the most wonderful vegetarian dish too. The beautiful flavours of cumin and coriander are balanced perfectly with the chilli kick, in our Jalfrezi curry kit

Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over a low heat. Add 1 sliced green pepper and cook until soft. Add the ground spices to the oil and stir until fragrant. Add approx. 800g of chopped meat or vegetables to the pan and coat in the spices (if using fish, add at the end of cooking and poach in the liquid for a few minutes until cooked). Add a 400g tin of tomatoes along with 100ml water. Add the dehydrated onions and garlic and stir. Simmer until your meat/veg/fish is cooked through, then serve with a squeeze of lime.

Madras - Hot

Originating from the south of India, this beautiful, tomato based curry kit, is fantastic with a robust meat like lamb or beef, and provides something extra tasty if cooked slowly. It's packed full of our unique blend of ground and whole spices, all topped off with a good chilli kick.

Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over a low heat. Add spice pack 1 to the oil and stir until fragrant. Add approx. 800g of chopped meat or vegetables to the pan and coat in the spices (if using fish, add at the end of cooking and poach in the liquid for a few minutes until cooked). Add a 400g tin of tomatoes along with 100ml water. Add spice pack 2 and stir. Simmer until your meat/veg/fish is cooked through, then serve with a squeeze of lime.
