Our Policies

Rescue and Revive are committed to maintaining confidence in our website visitors and customers. We do not sell, rent or trade email lists with anyone else. Any information we collect is used to either fulfil your order or if you sign up for our newsletters send you an occasional email (no more  than 2 a month) to keep you informed about our latest news.

Delivery

We currently only ship within the UK.

Any orders placed from outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order 

Orders are sent out via 'Royal Mail Signed For'  delivery service

Orders are normally sent out within 2 days of receipt of your order. If there is any urgency on delivery times please contact us before placing your order to avoid disappointment.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via Paypal, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as per Paypal terms and conditions

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, please note that the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund and the sums refunded are for the items only.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives with you in damaged condition then please contact us initially. We can then arrange for a replacement item or refund to be processed.

Privacy Statement

Website Cookies

When someone visits www.rescueandrevive.co.uk  we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. 

We use squarespace to create our web presence. They have their own policies which you can view via their website about the data they collect and store.

Mailing List

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

Paypal

We use Paypal to process payments on our website. Please see the paypal website for information about how they hold your data. Paypal pass on information about name and delivery address so that we can fulfil your order. This information is used purely for this puurpose. No data is retained after your order is completed.
